The ship was adrift in the Atlantic after what is being referred to the cruise line as a “technical malfunction.” But, power was restored after several hours and the ship successfully returned from its 5-Night Bahamas trip, albeit several hours late. The ship docked at 10am and was actually schedules for an on-time departure.

Carnival offered guests that were on the propulsion-less cruise a 20% discount on a future cruise up to 5-Nights. Nice gesture!
