Here are NCL’s, RCCL, Princess and Disney’s latest changes:

NCL

Norwegian Pearl Cancelled calls in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. She’ll call on Friday have both been cancelled. The ship will instead visit Nassau on Friday.

Norwegian Spirit will skip Cozumel Friday.

Norwegian Star will skip Cozumel on Friday and call Costa Maya instead.

Princess

Island Princess will skip Grand Cayman on Friday and call Ocho Rios instead.

RCCL

Allure of the Seas will skip Cozumel and sail to Nassau instead.

Disney

Disney Magic will skip Key West on Sunday. And its next cruise will sail eastern buy substituting Grand Cayman and Cozumel with St. Maarten and Tortola.

UPDATE Tuesday:

Celebrity

Celebrity Millennium from Miami, will skip Grand Cayman and spend today at sea and then call Nassau tomorrow.

Carnival

In addition to the Inspiration, here are other alterations,

Carnival Freedom from Fort Lauderdale, will sail Montego Bay on Wednesday, at Sea Thursday and Grand Turk Friday instead of Limon, Colon, and at sea.

Carnival Imagination from Miami, will stay at sea Wednesday then sail Nassau Thursday instead of Cozumel and a day at sea.

Carnival Liberty from Miami, will sail Ocho Rios Wednesday and Grand Turk Thursday instead of  in Grand Cayman then Ocho Rios.

Carnival Legend from Tampa, will reverse its calls on Belize and Cozumel Tuesday and Wednesday and then sail Prograsso and then at sea Thursday and Friday instead of  Roatan and Grand Cayman.

Carnival Triumph from Galveston, will reverse her calls and now sail Cozumel then Progresso.

Carnival Valor from Miami, will stay at sea Wednesday and Anchor at Grand Cayman Thursday instead of Belize and a day at sea.

Carnival Inspiration from Tampa. Will sail Cozumel and Progresso instead of grand Cayman then Cozumel.

Carnival Spirit will sail an altered itinerary.She will skip Manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta and sail Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, then back to Cabo San Lucas on Wednesday. She will leave earlier and sail  Puerto Vallarta on Thursday. Ensenada has been replaced with a sea day.

Oosterdam will skip calls on Puerto Vallarta and stay at sea then call La Paz.

Disney Wonder will sail to Cabo San Lucas on Tuesday and stay there, then sail  Ensenada on Saturday.

So far here are the changes.

RCI

• Oasis of the Seas will sail a modified itinerary. The ship will now call on Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, on Tuesday, Philipsburg, St. Maarten, on Wednesday and Nassau, Bahamas, on Friday. The ship will return to Port Everglades, as scheduled, on Saturday.

NCL

• Norwegian Jewel now sail to the Bahamas & Florida instead of Bermuda as scheduled. Norwegian Gem will now call on Orlando (Port Canaveral) on Tuesday, September 13; Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas on Wednesday, September 14; and Nassau, Bahamas on Thursday, September 15.

Carnival

CARNIVAL GLORY has reversed the order of our ports of call. We will now visit Halifax on Monday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saint John on Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

CARNIVAL PRIDE has been directed by the US Coast Guard to arrive early from the previous cruise and proceed to a secure, alternate location until the storm passes.  Therefore, if the track remains the same, embarkation is scheduled for Monday, August 29th from 10am to 2pm at the Baltimore cruise terminal.  Please be on the lookout for an email with additional information.

NCL

Norwegian Gem will leave Bermuda Thursday at 6:00 pm, a day earlier than planned, to avoid the path of the storm. Norwegian Gem will arrive in New York on Sunday, August 28 as scheduled.

Norwegian Jewel did not call on Nassau, Bahamas today and instead is spending the day at sea, heading north to return to New York on Saturday, August 27 as scheduled.

Norwegian Sky has canceled its call to Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas today and is spending the day at sea. Tomorrow, the ship will miss its call to Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas and instead call on Key West, Florida from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Holland America

ms Veendam departed Bermuda at 5:00pm on Thursday, and is scheduled to arrive in New York one day early on Saturday. Guests are welcome to disembark on Saturday or overnight until Sunday and enjoy New York. 

Royal Caribbean

Explorer of the Seas will depart Cape Liberty, Bayonne, New Jersey, on Saturday, August 27, at 4:00 p.m. – one hour earlier than originally scheduled.

THURSDAY: No new alterations today. It looks like weekend turnarounds in New York may be in jeopardy.

Carnival Triumph, will sail a western instead of Eastern with stops in Key West; Cozumel; Progreso.

Carnival Destiny will sail Key West; Cozumel ; Costa Maya instead of Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau.

Carnival Conquest, will sail Costa Maya; Cozumel; and Progreso.

Carnival Victory  will alter but unsure of where.

Carnival Liberty, has altered but no further details.

Carnival Miracle, will sail Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay instead of San Juan, St. Thomas and Grand Turk.

Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian Jewel, will skip Nassau and sail directly back to NYC.

Monarch of the Seas will skip CocoCay

Majesty of the Seas will skip CocoCay and sail to Key West and stay overnight

Oasis of the Seas will sail Cozumel, Monday; Tuesday at sea; Falmouth on Wednesday; Labadee, Thursday.

Freedom of the Seas will sail Cozumel, Tuesday; Grand Cayman, Wednesday; Falmouth, Jamaica ,Thursday; Labadee, Friday.

Allure of the Seas will call Nassau, Saturday; St. Thomas, Wednesday; and St. Maarten Thursday.

Serenade of the Seas’ will sail Aruba, Tuesday’; Curacao, Wednesday; St. Kitts, Friday; ST. Thomas, Saturday.

[UPDATE 8/23]USCG MIAMI has issued Condition X-RAY

Vessels more than 500 gross tons should make preparations to leave the port at this time or have received permission from the COTP to remain in port.  Vessels unable to depart the port must contact the COTP and submit a safe mooring plan in writing when requesting and prior to receiving permission to remain in port. Proof of facility owner/operator approval will be required.

Inbound vessels that will be unable to depart the port if Port Condition YANKEE is set, are advised to seek an alternate destination. Container terminal operators shall reduce general cargo container stack heights to no more than four high and hazardous material cargo container stacks to no more than two high, or propose alternate securing arrangements to the COTP.  The COTP may require additional precautions to ensure the safety of the ports and waterways.

From the USCG in Port Everglades:

The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port has notified Port Everglades that Hurricane Condition WHISKEY has been set for HURRICANE IRENE as of 11 a.m. today, Monday, August 22, 2011. That condition coincides with the expected onset of tropical storm force winds within 72 hours. Given the current storm track, the USCG Captain of the Port projects setting of the following conditions at the times noted below.

● X-RAY @ 11 a.m. Tuesday

● YANKEE @ 11 a.m. Wednesday

● ZULU @ 8 p.m. Wednesday

Here are the latest itinerary alterations as a result of current TS Emily:

Carnival Miracle out of NYC will call San Juan, St. Thomas and Grand Turk instead of Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau.

Carnival Sensation out of Port Canaveral will call Freeport tomorrow and stay at sea instead of its two-day call in Nassau.

Carnival Fantasy out of Charleston, S.C. will spend the day at sea instead of Freeport. 

Oasis of the Seas skipped St. Thomas and St. Maarten. it will sail a western itinerary instead.

Freedom of the Seas skipped St. Thomas and St. Maarten and will sail western Caribbean.

Carnival Dream will sail Grand Turk and stay at sea instead of St. Thomas and St. Maarten and added Freeport, Bahamas.

Carnival Liberty will sail Grand Turk and stay at sea instead of St. Thomas and San Juan and added Key West.

Caribbean Princess skipped San Juan.

Here are a few additional changes and some changes to the changes:

• Holland America
• The Eurodam had her transatlantic altered to include Halifax, well now Halifax has been dropped.
• Cunard Line
• Here is a new addition. The Queen Mary 2 also on a  transatlantic, will arrive in Brooklyn as scheduled but will stay docked until 5 a.m. Saturday, thus dropping Newport, RI. From there its on to Boston and the rest of the schedule.
• Carnival Cruise Lines
• Carnival Pride will skip Freeport, Bahamas. The ship is forecasted to hit rough seas back to Baltimore so her speed will be reduced. Therefore extra time is necessary.
• Carnival Miracle will arrive in NYC one day early and overnight there.
• Princess Cruises
• Caribbean Princess skipped Halifax today and will sail directly to Manhattan. She normally goes into Brooklyn, but the QM2 will be there. She will reposition back to Brooklyn early Saturday morning of .

Here are even more changes as warnings and watched extend all the way to Massachusetts.

• Celebrity
• Celebrity Summit will skip Saint John, New Brunswick tomorrow and sail directly to Halifax, Nova Scotia, At sea Friday and Saturday.
• Carnival
• Carnival Miracle will sail into its turnaround port or New York a day early to beat the storm. The vessel will remain docked overnight and leave on its regular schedule.
• Holland America
• Eurodam will call in Halifax on Friday and spend the weekend at sea concluding its transatlantic voyage  on Monday 6 in New York.
• Maasdam will sail directly to its turnaround port of Boston extremely early skipping the ports of Sydney, Nova Scotia, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Bar Harbor.
• Veendam will depart Hamilton, Bermuda a few hours early and arrive in New York on schedule.

    • Carnival Victory will skip St. Maarten. New Itinerary: St. Lucia, Barbados, Dominica, St. Kitt’s, St. Thomas and Returning to San Juan on Saturday.
• Royal Caribbean

    • The vintage Monarch of the Seas, will skip CocoCay, and replace it with Nassau overnight. At sea Thursday and back in Port Canaveral on Friday.
    • The also vintage Majesty of the Seas, will stay late in Key West, at sea Wednesday and Nassau on Thursday.
    • Freedom of the Seas, will follow the Oasis and replace its eastern caribbena ports of St Thomas and St Maarten with  Grand Cayman on Wednesday, Cozumel on Thursday with Friday and Saturday at sea making her way back to Port Canaveral on Sunday.
• NCL
  • We’ve already seed the Epic change and here are others.
    • Norwegian Jewel skipped Great Stirrup Cay and docked in Nassau where she will remain overnight with further details sometime tomorrow.
