Another residence ship is in the works, but this time around there is a slight twist. The Quintessentially One is moving closer to contract, according to Aaron Simpson,The founding partner of proposed residence ship, Quintessentially One, told Cruise Industry News that they are anticipating completing the negations for a Memorandum of Understanding [1st step in the building process] in the first half of 2011. The ship would then sail in 2013.

The inside will incorporate 12 residences and 234 other units that will “operate as an exclusive hotel club.”
