Apollo Global Management, LLC and Star NCLC Holdings Ltd. will no longer own any ordinary stock in Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., the parent company of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands. They have agreed to cash out of roughly 18 million shares at $51/share.
Star Cruises had been divesting itself of NCLH this year with the intention of getting out of it entirely. Now Apollo has joined them in divesting themselves as well.
Now the two largest shareholders of NCLH are T Rowe Price and Vanguard Group, both at just over 9%.
