Britannia has officially sailed from her homeport in Southampton. Thank you for following.

The Britannia has departed the shipyard in Monfalcone and currently exiting the Adriatic Sea, headed into the Mediterranean. She’s scheduled to pass Gibraltar on March 3rd.

P&O Cruises has announced that Her Majesty The Queen, along with His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh will name the Britannia when she arrives in Southampton. The event will be held on Tuesday March 10, 2015 at:

That is one amazing chandelier.
She’s definitely a Royal Princess, but a little different. I’m sure the machinery is identical.
