What’s Explora Club All About?
Explora Club is a five-tier loyalty program with levels ranging from Classic to Diamond. Each level unlocks new benefits, from personalized gifts and priority access to exclusive events and savings on future journeys. The more you sail, the more perks you earn—making each trip even better than the last.
How Do You Earn Points?
It’s simple: your membership level is based on how many nights you spend at sea, with bonus points for staying in higher suite categories. You can also rack up points by booking Destination Experiences (either before or during your trip) or spending onboard on things like spa treatments, fine dining, drinks, laundry services, or boutique shopping.

When Does It Start?
Explora Club officially launched today (April 9, 2025), and by July 2025, members will be able to access a personalized “My Explora” area online. This will let you track your status, view your benefits, and even count past trips toward your membership level.
Tiers
You start by receiving 100 points for every night spent at sea. Then points multiply according to your Suite Category:
- Ocean Suites x 1
- Ocean Penthouses x 2
- Ocean Residences x 3
- Owner’s Residences x 10
Then every 1,000EUR / USD spent onboard (in the shops or destination experiences) = 100 points. Now there are some exclusions here so just be mindful of it.
