The Carnival Pride was docked in Port Canaveral as a port of call. Shes one of the few ships that do. Well yesterday during one such call, several strong gusts of wind snapped her mooring lines around 6pm. Carnival reported no injuries to passengers or crew.
She remained in port until this morning. The pride was finally able to leave at 6:15am. As a result, the ship will sail directly to Freeport, Bahamas and arrive latter today. She will skip Nassau and remain in Freeport over night.
