The vintage cruise ships Athena and Princess Danae, belonging to Classic International Cruises (CIC), were arrested in Marseille France on Sept. 17. The cause: unpaid fuel bills and labor issues. CIN is reporting sources have said that a third CIC ship, the Arion, was also arrested in Montenegro. No further word from the owners at this time.
