The Carnival Liberty recently emerged from her Freeport drydock with all the FunShip 2.0 upgrades that were touted in the NYC announcement. Over the weekend, Carnival opened her up to journalists, press, and travel agents. Those lucky people were the first to experience the enhancements to Carnival’s product.
Two members of the cruising press I follow and have tremendous respect for are Doug Parker (@CruiseRadio) and Stewart Chiron (@CruiseGuy). As it turns out, they actually know how to use social media properly(trust me, its rare!) Anyways, they were able to board the ship and be treated to the new venues making their debut.
