I guess someone forgot to measure the ships air draft!
While sailing into the port of Klaksvik in the Faroe Islands, the Jewel of the Seas got her mast stuck on an over head cable that ran between two island. One crew member was hurt when falling debris fell on him.
Royal Caribbean stated:
"All the navigational tools and charts we use to plan our voyage, including information we obtained from the local port authorities and harbor master in advance of our arrival, indicated we had enough clearance to pass under the cable."
