MSC Cruises announced that they have agreed with Fincantieri to construct two additional Seaside class vessels. Hulls 3&4 will come with a slightly altered design. In the rendering above, it looks like they added an additional deck in the forward superstructure. This most likely indicates an enhancement of their exclusive Yacht Club. The unnamed ships will come in at 169,380grt and carry 4,640 pax. About 500 pax more than the Seaside & Seaview. They will be delivered in 2021 and 2023 and cost $1.07 billion.
The two ships officially will be part of the Seaside EVO-class.
The announcement took place during the delivery of the first ship in the class, MSC Seaside.
