Norwegian Cruise Line just announced the first details we have for their ambitious newbuild project. They will call it Project Leonardo. This first ship will be delivered in 2022 with future orders in 2023, 2024, and 2025. There’s also an option for two more which would bring to total to 6 ships. This would basically completely overhaul NCL’s fleet.
140,000grt and 3,300 guests. The two renders that we have, show an axe bow as well as a lower promenade, and a condensed upper superstructure. This will be very common in future ship design.
