Deck 8
Deck 8 is all cabins. A lot of the balconies on this deck can be considered obstructed views as the tops of the lifeboats can be seen on top of the railings.
Deck 9-12
These decks are all cabins.
Deck 14
Deck 14 is the next deck. Princess ships adhere to the tradition superstition not to have a deck 13 on any ships. On Deck 14 there are also cabins as well as the bridge at the very front. Towards the aft section of the deck is the wedding chapel and across the way is the concierge lounge for Princess cruisers of a certain status.
Deck 15
Deck 15 is also just cabins. The forward facing rooms on this deck as well as the one above all have balconies.
Deck 16
The forward part of deck 16 is all cabins. At the first stairwell it transitions to outdoors and this is where the main pool deck can be found. At the start of this area are a two food areas and the main pool bar.
One of the most striking features of the Royal-class ships was that they debuted the SeaWalk. Unique to only these six ships, the SeaWalk is a glass-bottomed walkway that extends 28 feet beyond the edge of the ship on both sides, offering passengers a breathtaking view of the ocean below. The enclosed walkway is located on deck 16 and the open air part is on deck 17. The full length is 60 feet long, which provides ample space for passengers to stroll and take in the stunning views. The SeaWalk is a pretty popular attraction for passengers during sea days and sail-away. On the port side, they have a bar in this area where you can quite literally sit out over the ocean.
At the aft part of the Fountains pool area, is an covered seating area, as well as the ice cream station for soft-serve.
Walking past that is the Horizon Bistro and Horizon Court. Both of these make of the ships buffet areas. The Bistro offers lighter options as well as a pastry and craft coffee stations.
The Horizon Court offers the complete, traditional buffet options.
Walking through that is an outdoor area where you can also take your food out to as well as the Outrigger bar.
Deck 17
The front part of this deck is the exclusive, reservations-only Sanctuary. Shaded but still open-aired it featured many different options for lounging around.
Past that is the open air Retreat pool for adults-only.
Past that you are at the sun deck that entirely encircles the main pool one deck below.
The SeaWalk that extends out over the side of the ship on the starboard side. This is over the Bar below.
The SeaWalk that extends out over the other side is a bit more of a cantilevered walkway. The opening in the middle allows you to look straight down.
At the very end of the main pool area is the Movies Under the Starts big screen.
Past that is a sun deck that runs on either side of the funnel. The outdoor deck of the teen areas is on port side.
Towards the back of the deck on starboard side is the Fitness center.
Opposite the fitness area is the Teen area, tween areas, and the kids areas.
At the very back of the deck is the open air Terrace pool. This is also where the smoking area is.
Deck 18
Deck 18 is split into two parts. The forward part is a terraced sundeck that sits between the main pool area and the Retreat pool.
The aft section is the sports deck with a jogging track that encircles the funnel.

Aft of the funnel is the enclosed sports courts that was mostly set up for pickelball.
Deck 19
Deck 19 is also split into two different sections. The forward area is an open air sundeck.
The aft section of the deck is above the sports court and this is where the mini golf is.
