Over the weekend the ever-so-slighty larger Symphony of the Seas has usurped her older sister as the largest vessel to tie up in Miami. The 228,081gt ship will sail out of the brand new Terminal A that’s been nicknamed, The Crown of Miami.
The ship will sail alternating 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Miami beginning Saturday, Nov. 17. Starting in May, she will also add a day in their private island CocoCay. The island is currently undergoing renovations to add a pier so the Oasis-class can tie up and not have to tender in pax.
